Q3How do I get to ExCeL, London from Central London?
A3ExCeL is located in London Docklands and can be accessed via the District Light Railway. These trains run from Bank station, Tower Hill station or you can take the Jubilee underground line to Canning Town and change to the DLR. CropWorld is located by the eastern entrance to ExCeL which is served by Prince Regent DLR station. Custom House DLR station will bring you to the western entrance to ExCeL, which is a 5-10 minute walk from CropWorld.

Q4Which airport should I fly into?
A4ExCeL is located very close to London City airport and therefore flying into this airport is very convenient. From London City airport you can take a 5 minute taxi ride to ExCel or take the DLR to Canning Town and change trains to the DLR to Prince Regent. There is public transport from all other London airports to ExCeL and you will need to take a train in to the central London and then follow the above instructions to reach ExCeL.

Q5Is there car parking onsite?
A5ExCeL offers onsite parking for 3,700 cars. Rates can be found on the ‘Travel to ExCeL’ page of the CropWorld website.

Q6Will I receive my badge in advance?
A6No, you will not receive your badge in the post. When you arrive at CropWorld you will need to collect your badge from the registration point. There will be one registration point for conference delegates and one registration point for exhibitors and visitors. Please follow the signage to the relevant registration point.

Q9Will I receive all the speaker presentations at the conference?
A9Delegates at the conference will receive a set of documentation when registering on site. These will contain the up to date conference agenda, speaker biographies and delegate list. Presentation slides will be available via a secure link after the event.
